Is it difficult or complicated to setup the Inflatable Figures?
No, not in the least. Simply remove it from the box. Unfold the leg stand. Zip up the back of your airblown inflatable and plug it in. Use the tether ropes and stakes (included in box) as needed to secure.

Do I need to purchase the fan or motor separately?
No, All Inflatables are fully self-contained with the motor and fan built directly into the unit.
How long does it take to fully inflate?
It varies depending on the size and model of your particular inflatable, but most will inflate within a couple of minutes.
Do I need to leave my Inflatable plugged in to keep it inflated?
Yes. Once you unplug it the fan stops and the Inflatable quickly deflates.
How long is it safe to leave the Inflatable plugged in?
It is recommended that you run your Inflatable for no more then about eight continuous hours maximum.
The lights in my Inflatable keep fading in and out. Can I adjust this?
No, you can’t. Some Inflatables are designed so that the interior lights fade on and off; others stay bright at all times.
How can I clean my Airblown Inflatable?
Wipe
clean with a damp cloth and allow to dry before storing away. Use mild detergent
if necessary.
How much electricity does an Airblown Inflatable use?
It
uses less energy then a standard string of Holiday lights.
What happens if my Airblown Inflatable becomes torn?
Rips
in the Airblown Inflatable can be sewn by hand (no special thread is requried)or
taped with clear packing or duct tape.
What is the best way to store my Airblown Inflatable?
Store
in a bag, box or other storage container and keep in a cool, dry
location.
My Inflatable is not working, what should I do?
The first thing to do of course is verify the electrical socket you have the Inflatable plugged into is indeed supplying power. Assuming it is, and neither the fan nor lights are functioning, it is possible that the unit's fuse has blown. Unplug the Inflatable then locate the fuse compartment on the top of the plug housing. Slide open the fuse compartment and you will see two fuses, one is a spare. Replace the burnt out fuse with the spare one. See the instructions that came with your Inflatable for more details.
What if it still does not work?
Should you receive an Airblown Inflatable and find that it malfunctions due to a defect in materials or workmanship you may return it to us for an exchange within 5 days of receiving it.
What if I decide I simply do not like the Inflatable once I receive it?
If you decide you do not like the product you may return it to us. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for further details.
The following are FAQ's related to the outdoor Airblown Inflatable Snowglobes which includes all models of the them except
for the 18" Desktop models which should not be used in outdoor conditions:
Will the wrinkles come out of the clear plastic?
Yes, given just a few short hours, the wrinkles in the plastic will come out.
My Airblown Inflatable Snowglobe is fully inflated,
but has stopped snowing action. What can I do?
A. Under extreme cold conditions, the snow blowing mechanism may temporarily cease
from operating. Either bring unit inside to warm up or wait until the temperature rises.
B. Sometimes the snow pellets may build up towards the front of the Airblown® Inflatable Snowglobe.
Gently shake the Snowglobe a little to move the snow pellets back.
My Snowglobe’s snow pellets have some static, what can I do?
In dry weather conditions, some static may be seen, this should only be temporary
during such weather. Also after years of use, the pellets may lose some of their anti-static protection. You may try
using an anti-static spray on the pellets to help prevent such an occurrence.
My Snowglobe has been deflated and it is covered with snow.
Can I simply re-inflate?
Please pay special attention to weather conditions. If deflated and subjected to freezing before attempting to inflate,
carefully handle the item in such conditions to prevent cracks and / or tears in the materials.
My area is prone to unusually windy conditions,
will this affect my snowglobe?
In order to prevent damage, we suggest you keep the Snowglobe protected from high winds.
What if it is raining or snowing? Will this affect my snowglobe?
Operation of your Snowglobe during extreme weather conditions is not recommended. If the snow pellets
become too wet, they may not “snow.” When this happens, allow the pellets to dry out by continuously running the
Snowglobe so that the fans may dry the pellets. Do not store the Snowglobe when it is wet.
